There is no requirement for minimum booking periods with competitive rates for flexible bookings hourly or a block of hours. 

A welcoming and friendly hub to practice from, whether face-to-face or online with WIFI provided in private therapy or clinical treatment-specific furnished rooms.

Situated opposite Pell Street Car Park and 2 minutes walk from the Kingsway Multistorey and many other city centre nearby parking options.

such as Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Supervisors for talking therapies, hypnotherapy etc/

You will see spaciously laid out rooms comfortable and private for you and your clients to work face to face or online.

WIFI and Laptop tables provided.

The comfortable Reception facilities include a fresh bean Coffee Machine, WC and usual kitchen and microwave facilities. 

(Please note that the width of the doors may prohibit larger wheelchair access).

Accessible Location  with Parking Opposite

It's an ideal home-from-home base to work from with Pell St Car Park and hourly bays outside and the multistorey just a stone's throw away (pedestrian access from the side of the car park brings you to LTC within 2 mins).  Transport links are nicely convenient making it a very easy and attractive central location to work from or visit with 2 minutes walking access to reach Swansea town centre facilities.

Rooms are easy to book via the simple Online Booking System which allows you to manage your schedule easily.  

The premises is Open 7 Days a Week 8am-9pm for appointment flexibility.

 There is no requirement for minimum booking periods with competitive rates for 1 hour or more at a time, or with a Rental Arrangement
