Providing Counselling Therapy Sessions to you as a Therapist

Each time I meet a new client, I am humbled by their courage and commitment to improving their life. I provide talking therapy very much tailored to meet your needs, offering a warm, non-judgmental, safe space for you to talk through and explore experiences that only you truly understand.

If you are feeling lost and alone, or troubled by past experiences that continually seem to weigh you down, allow me to walk alongside you and share your individual experiences.

Together, we will try to make sense of them, helping you to feel unburdened and freer in your life ahead.

Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP1&2)

I can provide therapy sessions working with Trauma specifically or alongside other life matters of focus, which often blend together with anxiety or conditions of low mood, depression, currently being experienced or presenting from the past, with clients who have experienced Accumulative Trauma, Abuse, or PTSD.
