My method is unique and you will not find it anywhere else. I have a degree in Psychology and Counselling and am a qualified Life Coach trained in Positive Psychology by an American Academy. I also have a wealth of experience from working for a Domestic Abuse organisation.
My speciality is VAWDASV (Violence Against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence) and trauma but I can also assist with:-

I have 20 years’ experience of working in a specialist educational provision, supporting children and young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties who suffered trauma and abuse.
I have worked with many children and young people who have Autism, ASD and ADHD as a Specialist and endeavour to provide a creative and very much tailored way of working with individuals. I specialise in working with the BAME community, supporting those who have experience Accumulative Trauma and PTSD.
I have also had the privilege of supporting friends and family members of young men held in prison.
I have walked alongside the most wonderful and brave clients with differing issues, some involving anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, gender identity, behaviour disorders, self-harm, anorexia and domestic violence.
Each time I meet a new client, I am humbled by their courage and commitment to improve their life.

Through my Counsellor role & previous qualified social worker jobs as a Child & Family worker for NCH Action for Children, Social Worker, Senior Child & Family Social Worker & Inspector for Children’s & Vulnerable Adults Care & Social Services I have over 17 years experience of applying counselling skills & working therapeutically.
My experience includes working issues arising from relationship, anxiety, depression, mental illness, stress, addictions, fears, anger management or from historic life events such as sexual abuse & other traumas, bereavement, separation, fostering & adoption.
My Specialisms include adoption, fostering and parenting. My experience of working for NCH Action for Children as a child & family worker included facilitating parent/child activities to help improve relationships between family members, carrying out direct work with children individually or in groups .

I have a different cultural background, since I am Latin-American and I was trained in different countries around the world,
including recently passing my Masters in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health here in the UK.
