I have 20 years’ experience of working in a specialist educational provision, supporting children and young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties who suffered trauma and abuse. 

I have worked with many children and young people who have Autism, ASD and ADHD and endeavour to provide a creative and very much tailored way of working with individuals. I specialise in working with the BAME community, supporting those who have experience Accumulative Trauma and PTSD. 

I have also had the privilege of supporting friends and family members of young men held in prison. 

I have walked alongside the most wonderful and brave clients with differing issues, some involving anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, gender identity, behaviour disorders, self-harm, anorexia and domestic violence. 

Each time I meet a new client, I am humbled by their courage and commitment to improve their life.

Pamela Verdugo

I am a highly qualified in 

Adult and Young People therapy, Family and Couples Therapy and Group Therapy

I’ve been trained to assess and work with children (aged 11+) 

I’m a Psychologist, with over 20 years of experience working as a Clinical Psychologist 

with Individuals, Couples and Family Therapy, overseas and the UK working face-to-face. 

I have a different cultural background, since I am Latin-American and I was trained in different countries around the world, 

including recently passing my Masters in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health here in the UK. 

I’ve been working for many years with several mental health problems, assessing and overcoming  anxiety, depression, drinking problems, domestic violence and abuse trauma. I’m available to perform personality assessments for Children (and Adults) (Rorschach Test; Luscher Test; WAIS or WISC)
